About the client

The company sells a range of readymade and customized hats, retail and wholesale, through an online store. Although they had previously moved their eCommerce site from .net to Drupal, it was an incomplete migration, which led to several client facing and back end issues.

After we cleared their website and added custom features, they witnessed an immediate increase in sales volume. How our new features impacted their business

We moved them from Ubercart to Drupal Commerce since the latter syncs well with Drupal 7.We then wrote custom Drupal modules to sync customer orders to THub and therefore QuickBooks. THub was the bridge that connected Drupal store orders to QuickBooks. We customized the authorize.net code so it syncs the orders with THub instantaneously to help manage accounts more efficiently. Also, we set them up with the Yotpo review to get buyer feedback efficiently. We migrated their application hosting to Amazon EC2 servers and the database to Amazon RDS to improve their page load speed.
